PURPOSE:To perform adhesion without applying surface treatment by covering a surface to be adhered with a film at the time of the molding of glass fiber reinforced plastics. CONSTITUTION:A surface to be adhered is convered with a film at the time of the molding of glass fiber reinforced plastics and, after molding, said film is released. As the film, there are release papers surface-treated with polyvinyl alcohol, vinylon, cellophane, nylon, triacetyl cellulose, a graft copolymer of polyacrylonitrile methyl acrylate and butadiene, polyamideimide and alkyd, and polyethylene laminated paper. In the case of HL-FRP, the film is laminated before a UP resin is cured to perform molding and released at the time of adhesive work after molding to form an adhesive surface having good adhesiveness. In the case of SMC, a flat plate like shape may be molded in such a state that the film is interposed between a mold and a compound. |
