PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency for removing moisture, in a special medium turbine plant, by charging a fluid for heating a medium into a cooling water chamber of a condenser to perform the dehumidifying of a medium circulating system. CONSTITUTION:A medium circulating system (A) includes an evaporator 1, a turbine 2, a condenser 3 and a circulating pump 4 that are connected via pipelines. A heating fluid pipe 6 provided to the evaporator 1 and a cooling pipe 8 provided to the condenser 5 are connected via a pipeline 12, and the heating fluid for heating a medium in the evaporator 1 is charged into a cooling water chamber of the condenser 3 to elevate the temperature of the cooling pipe 8. Thus, since the cooling water chamber of the condenser 3 is heated temporarily so that the moisture in the medium circulating system may be removed inthe evaporated state, the efficiency of removing moisture is high and the dehumidifying effect can be improved. |
