PURPOSE:To attain optimum processing reflecting user's will be displaying an inquiry screen for displaying the contents of an error, available processing contents corresponding to the error and a user response column during the period of processing and executing processing corresponding to the instruction inputted to the screen. CONSTITUTION:When any error is generated during the period of processing selected from a screen 1 or its relating processing, the inquiry screen 2 including the contents of the error, the available processing contents corresponding to the error and the user response column is displayed and processing corresponding to the instruction inputted from the user to the user response column is executed. Thus, the optimum processing reflecting user's will can be executed at the time of generating an error or the like. |
