FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to psychotherapy and addictology and can be used for carrying out primary prophylaxis of addictive behaviour among students, as well as in psychology for teaching stress-overcoming behaviuor. Collective work of doctors with students is carried out by verbal influence, during which information of tobacco, drugs, alcohol and stress harm is given, motivation for healthy lifestyle is strengthened. Training of psychological stability is carried out. Additionally doctors carry out individual work with students and determine main representative system of information perception: visual or audial, or kinesthetic. According to perception system students are divided into groups and visual influence is carried out with presentation of information for visual perception in form of picture-diagram of human organism and result of impact on it of addictive behaviour and stress: for students with leading visual and audial representative system in colour image, for students with leading kinesthetic system - in one colour. Verbal influence is carried out repeating said information about types of additive behaviour and stress and importance of copping behaviour formation for prophylaxis by means of talk using categories of visual images, acoustic impressions, by means of sensations. 50% of talk time are carried out using categories of determined leading representative system and 25% and 25% of talk time using two other categories of perception. Then kinesthetic influence is performed, distributing informational brochures about harmful impact of tobacco, drugs, alcohol and stress development for students with leading visual and audial representative system in colourful version, and for students with leading kinesthetic system on smooth glossy pleasant to touch paper. Psychotherapist communicating with students who have leading kinesthetic system speaks in low monotonous voice using words characterising perception. To students who have leading visual and audial system doctor speaks in loud voice using words which express visual and sound perception. ^ EFFECT: method allows to increase efficiency of preventive measures aimed at prevention of addiction formation in students and teaching stress-overcoming behaviour due to strengthening of information influence efficiency with verbal and visual influence, as well as formation and consolidation of sense attitude to healthy lifestyle and success in chosen profession. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex |
