PURPOSE:To output the synthesized voice which is less deteriorated in sound quality by smoothing the fluctuation of pitch extraction and executing pitch control. CONSTITUTION:The pitch of the input voice to be processed is inputted from a pitch input terminal 1 and is sent to a pitch smoothing section 2. The pitch smoothed by the pitch smoothing section 2 is sent to a pitch controlled variable calculating section 3. The pitch to be a target to be used for the voice to be synthesized is inputted from a pitch input terminal 4 and is sent to the pitch controlled variable calculating section 3. The residual signal of the input voice to be processed is inputted from an input terminal 6 and is sent to a pitch control section 5. The residual signal is subjected to the pitch control by zero cutting and discretization from the pitch controlled variable and the pitch of the input voice inputted by a signal line 7 in the pitch control section 5. On the other hand, alpha parameter of the input voice to be processed is inputted from an input terminal 9 and is voice synthesized with the residual signal in a voice synthesizing section 8. |
