<p>PURPOSE:To provide the subject adhesive system composed of a thermosetting polymer mixture consisting of a bismaleimide compound and an isocyanate- terminated rubber polymer and capable of holding higher bond strength at high temperature. CONSTITUTION:The objective adhesive system is composed of a thermosetting polymer mixture consisting of (A) about 10-90wt.% of a bismaleimide compound and (B) about 10-90wt.% of an isocyanate-terminated rubber polymer derived from a 2-12C mono-olefin monomer and/or about 4-10C diene monomer, having a molecular weight of about 600-30,000 and containing about 1.5-4.0 terminal isocyanate groups capable of crosslinking with the component A by heating.</p> |
