The invention relates to a part of an exhaust pipe 10 for the flow of a fluid, particularly for the flow of the exhaust gases from an internal combustion engine, of the type including a continuous outer jacket of substantially constant cross-section 12, 14 including at least one acoustic attenuation block positioned longitudinally inside the jacket so as to define at least one section for transferring the fluid which is of given length so that this section takes part in the function of acoustically attenuating the part of the exhaust pipe. According to the invention, the jacket includes a portion forming a bellows 16 so as to form a flexible part of the jacket. <IMAGE>
