PURPOSE:To execute better heating with less fuel under wider heating conditions by a simple equipment, by dividing a space between the inside shell and the outside shell of a gas-permeable solid plate through which combustion gas all passes, into plural gas chambers, and providing an independent waste gas adjusting device on each gas chamber. CONSTITUTION:Working gas blown into a furnace from a burner 1 fills the furnace, and after that, passes through inside shells 2-1-2-6 of a gas-permeable solid, and goes into gas chambers 5-1-5-6 formed by dividing a space between an outside shell 3 and an inside shell 2 by a partition wall 4. Subsequently, the working gas is led to ducts 6-1-6-6 through dampers 7-1-7-6, and is exhausted into the air through a flue. In this case, in accordance with heating conditions of each part of a substance to be heated 8, magnitude of radiation energy of every inside surface of each inside shell can be set to strength (temperature) and density each almost independently by the minimum quantity of consumption of combustion gas. |
