PURPOSE:To attain the high resolution and wide dynamic range of a real time DR device by increasing the scanning area of the fetching range of an image by scanning an image pickup element or the prescribed area of electrode structure, and performing the fetch of the image within the scanning area. CONSTITUTION:Data of beam ON/OFF corresponding to scanning lines are stored in memories 39-1 to 39-n, and are read out in parallel by control from a control synchronizing signal generating part 35 synchronizing with beam scan, and also, only a readout signal from a memory corresponding to the current scanning line is selected at a multiplexer 40. In a period where a selection signal is set at '0', the contact of a switch 37 is connected to (b) side, and a control signal is applied on a beam current control part 36, and is transmitted to the beam control electrode G1 of an image pickup tube 21, and a beam is cut off, and when the selection signal is set at '1', the contact of the switch 37 is connected to (a) side, then, a beam current for the read of the image is generated. |
