PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain food with the yellow and white of egg alternately layered by layering the yellow and white of egg in different containers, solidifying them while irradiating them with microwaves, and next performing heat treatment after both the solidified layers are alternately laminated. CONSTITUTION: The yellow and white of egg are layered in the different containers and solidified in the state of layers by irradiating them with microwaves but the hard state of cooking is prevented. Next, the respective layers are taken out of the containers and after the layer of yellow of the egg and the layer of white of the egg are alternately laminated, auxiliary heat treatment is performed so that the different layers can be made compound surely and prescribed cooking can be executed. |
