The disinfection control device (30) comprises an input unit (31), a control unit (32) and a disinfection unit (36). The control unit (32) is used for controlling the anesthesia respirator (10) to enter a disinfection mode according to a control instruction and controlling the disinfection unit (36) to generate a disinfection factor to disinfect and sterilize the loop of the anesthesia respirator (10). The disinfection unit (36) is integrated in the anesthesia respiratory system (100), ozone can be injected into the loop by means of gas circulation of the anesthesia respirator (10), and disinfection can be realized without disassembling the loop.
