Fryer which comprises a vessel which contains oil over which is arranged a structure on which are supported a number of conveyor belts for the product, which may be arranged inside or outside the vessel, the inside of the vessel containing a device for filtering the oil, an outer circuit emerging by the ends of the vessel, connecting it with the two oil reservoirs, the oil passing through a heat exchanger and being propelled by a centrifugal pump. This fryer applies to the continuous frying of products, giving rise to a circulation of oil. <IMAGE>
