PURPOSE:To prevent contained food from absorbing moisture by circulating air cooled by a cooler into a dry storage chamber by a blower, maintaining the chamber at specific temperature by a temperature controller, forcibly circulating chilled gas into a forcible dry chamber by a forcible dry blower, and discharging generated moisture through a duct. CONSTITUTION:A blower 9 forcibly feeds air cooled by a cooler 8 into a dry storage chamber 5, and a temperature controller 12 maintains at 10-15 deg.C in the dry storage chamber 5. When a forcible dry switch 21 is closed, a relay 22 is energized to energize a forcible dry blower 20, and a forcible dry time integrating timer 24 simultaneously starts counting. On the other hand, when the forcible dry blower 20 starts rotating, the chilled gas in the dry storage chamber 5 is sucked from a chilled gas inlet 15, the chilled gas in the forcible dry chamber 13 is discharged from a chilled gas outlet 16, circulated in the forcible dry chamber 13 to derive the moisture of contained good, and returned into a duct 11 through a chilled gas outlet 17, a discharge duct 18 and a discharge port 19. When a predetermined drying time is integrated, the relay 22 is deenergized, and the forcible dry blower 20 is stopped. |
