PURPOSE: To provide advantageous cost performance for manufacturing by making a connecting element of a nearly rectangular thin plate by bending the plate in a roll shape as a connecting tube having a through-notch, greatly reduce the weight of the connecting element and to reduce the wearing of a clash portion by the axial elasticity of the connecting element. CONSTITUTION: A notch 5 is provided in the tube wall of a connecting element 36 so as to penetrate the same, this connects the inner passage 38 of the connecting element 36 to an intermediate hole 53, and thus fuel flowing into the inner passage 38 reaches the inside of the intermediate hole 53 and then a valve seat 9 therefrom. In the downstream side of the valve seat 9, at least one injection hole 17 is provided in a valve seat body 8, and fuel is injected from this injection hole to the intake tube or into the cylinder of an internal combustion engine.
