The present invention relates to a rubber composition having enhanced dispersibility, low rolling resistance, and abrasion resistance for a tire tread; and to a tire tread using the same. The rubber composition for a tire tread comprises: raw rubber; a reinforcing filler; and a liquid polymer represented by chemical formula 1. Provided is the rubber composition for a tire tread, which has low content of a silane coupling agent by using the liquid polymer having a structure of which both ends are modified.
