<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a nurse, to uniformize the quality of a nursing plan and to keep nursing quality by automatically preparing the time series data of the nursing work instruction data for the nursing plan on the basis of the diagnostic results or medical treatment instructed items of a doctor. CONSTITUTION:A standard nursing plan master 1 holding a predetermined diagnostic code showing the diagnostic results of each patient and data classified on the basis of the necessary condition data of a disease and instructing nursing action and an instructed item developing mask 2 holding data classified on the basis of a predetermined instruction code showing the instruction of medical treatment and instructing nursing action are provided. A developing and processing part 4 combines the nursing action instruction data 5 searched from the standard nursing plan master 1 on the basis of the instructed diagnostic code and necessary condition data of a disease of a required patient indicated based on instruction input and the nursing action indicating data 6 searched from the instructed item developing master 2 on the basis of the indicated designated instruction code to develope in a time series. By this constitution, the nursing work instruction data 7 of an indicated patient is formed into a nursing plan data base 3. By this processing, the nursing plan at every patient can be formed automatically.</p> |
