PURPOSE:To shorten the cycle time as executing the die opening at high speed by arranging a cylinder for working a piston shifting toward die opening/closing direction between a movable table and fixed table. CONSTITUTION:The die opening cylinders 11, 11 are fitted in the fixed table 2 providing a fixed die 9 and the die opening pistons 12, 12 are arranged as shifting toward die opening/closing direction by a hydraulic press between the fixed table 2 and the movable table 4. In this constitution, in the die opening process, the hydraulic oil in oil rooms 5a, 7a are taken out, and next the hydraulic oil is supplied into an oil room 7b in an auxiliary cylinder 7 and an oil room 11a in the die opening cylinder 11, and then, the movable table 4 is pulled back by an auxiliary piston 8 and also opened the dies forcedly by the die opening piston 12. Therefore, by executing the die opening at high speed, the cycle time is shortened. |
