Control strategy which favours the setting in operation of air-conditioning installations, which function intermittently, by locking the dehumidification during the phase of heating the premises - EF or KL phase - and until the temperature reaches its minimum nominal value (point F or L), avoiding, when the installation is put back into operation, the simultaneous functioning of the heating and of the refrigeration as a result of an excess of relative hygrometry due exclusively to an abnormally low temperature at the time of the restart of the installation. <IMAGE>
