According to an aspect of the present invention, a user state control method using a brain wave includes: a brain wave receiving step of receiving a brain wave by being attached to a user; an amplifying step of amplifying the received brain wave data; a filtering step of removing a noise included in the brain wave data; a state determining step of determining a state of the user by using a change in the brain wave; a pairing signal generating step of generating a pairing signal which converts a device into an on state such that the device can receive a control signal when it is determined that the state of the user is converted; and a user state adjusting step of changing lighting or temperature according to the state of the user.
