FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, and is intended for production of animal feed. Extruder comprises housing with loading funnel and thermal chamber. Inside housing there is a driving shaft, on which is rigidly fixed a screw with feed, pressing blades and eccentric element. At outlet of housing coaxially with drive shaft there is a device for unloading extrudate including bearing assembly, flange nut. An eccentric element is made of at least two sections of screw with eccentric thread blades, at which eccentricities of blades of each section of screw are arranged at an angle to each other. End of driving shaft is provided with tip arranged outside body in bearing assembly device for unloading of extrudate. Tip is installed with radial clearance relative to nut. Also, housing inner surface is corrugated.EFFECT: higher efficiency of extrusion of loose components of animal feed.2 cl, 5 dwg |
