PURPOSE: To correctly measure the ion concentration by alternatively operating a pinch/cylinder actuator of analyzed substance and baseline solution and generating signals corresponding to the ion concentration of the analyzed substance by a sensor device. CONSTITUTION: A computer analyzes data outputted from a sensor 10 through an amplifier 220 corresponding to the ion concentration of an analyzed substance, actuates a pinch/cylinder actuator according to necessity of an anticoagulant, and controls the flow of heparin in a piping 216. The pinch/cylinder actuator 280 is actuated so as to synchronize an analyzed substance flowing through a tube 214 from a cannula 202 and the flow of the baseline solution flowing through a tube 218, and operation of actuators 240, 280 is in reverse until the next cycle, and the system is cleaned. Thus the ion concentration of an analyzed substance (blood) can be correctly measured for a continuous time. |
