摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a gas laser oscillator of a large output by arranging leser gas flowing-in ports in two rows at intervals equal to the diameter of a laser tube on the outer periphery of the cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the laser tube and, at the same time, closely to each other in the axial direction of the laser tube and mounting electrodes having the same polarity on one row of flowing in ports only in a state where the electrodes can be moved in the gas flowing-in direction. CONSTITUTION:Laser gas flowing-in ports 39 and 41 are provided in two rows at regular intervals on the outer periphery perpendicular to the axial direction of a laser tube 3 and, at the same time, closely to each other in the axial direction of the tube 3 end electrodes 13 having the same polarity are mounted on one row of ports 39 only in a state where the electrodes 13 can be moved in the laser gas flowing-in direction. For example, a plurality of flow passages 35 and 37 are concentrically and alternately provided in the main body 27 of a flowing in section 9 in parallel with the axial direction of the laser tube 3 and their front ends are respectively made to communicate with the two rows of ports 39. Moreover, electrode holders 43 respectively holding the electrodes 13 are fitted to the outer periphery of the main body 27 corresponding to each port 39 with tapered screws and, when knurled sections of the holders 43 are turned, the electrodes 13 can be moved freely in their axial direction.
