摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide a lithium secondary battery having stable discharge capacity at all times irrespective of proceeding of cycles by using a positive electrode active substance which is a powder of sintered substance as a mixture of manganese dioxide particles and molybdene dioxide particles. CONSTITUTION:As positive electrode active substance, a powder of sintered substance is used consisting of manganese dioxide MnO2 particles and molybdene dioxide MoO2 particles. This greatly reduces drop of the charge/discharge capacity associate with proceeding of cycles originating from positive electrode. In case MoO2 is used, the content of MoO2 shall preferably be 2-8wt.% of MnO2, which is shown beside diagrammatically with the cycles vs discharge capacity curves. The curve therein drawn by a broken line presents the case with MnO2 solely. |
