<p>An X-ray fluoroscopy apparatus includes a table top (7) on which a patient (8) is laid and which extends along a line, and a spot device (4) arranged to face an X-ray source (2) with the patient interposed between them. The apparatus further includes a device (10) for moving the X-ray source (2) and the spot device (4) along the table extending line to stop them at their plural predetermined positions along the line. When the lower limb of the patient (8) is angiographed, the X-ray source (2), spot device (4) and their moving device (10) are controlled by a control device to repeat the operation of moving the X-ray source (2) and the spot device (4) to one of their stop positions, shooting X-ray to one of intended parts of the patient (8) to photograph the image of this part on the film while keeping the X-ray source (2) and the spot device (4) stopped at this stop position for a predetermined time period, and then moving the X-ray source (2) and the spot device (4) to their next stop position. Blood vessels in the intended parts of the patient (8) through which image forming agent is flowing can be photographed following the flow of image forming agent. The apparatus can be made simpler and cost lower. In addition, the patient (8) can be prevented from feeling pain and the table top (7) can be made relatively shorter.</p> |
