PURPOSE:To enhance the strength at the connecting parts and the productivity of an electric rotary machine by a method wherein a terminal base is fixed to the side parts of coil end, while an end plate is equipped thereto interposing the prescribed gap between them, and coil conductors and conductors on the electric power source side are connected in the gap thereof through terminal pieces. CONSTITUTION:The terminal base 4 consisting of an insulating material and having leg parts 4a of the plural number is manufactured, and the base thereof is fixed to the end face 1a at the side parts of the coil ends 2a through the leg parts 4a. The terminal pieces 5 are fixed on the terminal base 4 thereof, and the coil conductors 3 are connected thereto. The end plate 7 is equipped to the terminal base 4 interposing the prescribed gap between them, and the terminal pieces 5 and the conductors 6 on the electric power source side are connected in the gap thereof. Accordingly because external force is not transmitted to the coil conductors 3 having the small diameter, reinforcing work is not necessitated, and moreover because connecting work can be automated, productivity can be enhanced. |
