PURPOSE:To produce annular bodies, the wall thicknesses of which are different from one another, by means of the same die by a constitution wherein a driven member and a core are positionally controlled to the extrusion direction through both wedge faces by operating driving members to threadingly move with respect to a die main body so as to control the size of an annular outlet gap. CONSTITUTION:In an extruder die 10, a second core 14B is positionally controlled to the extrusion direction by operating wall thickness adjusting bolts 25A and 25B threadingly. By screwing the bolt 25B out and the bolt 25A in, driving wedge faces 28A and 28B are pushed downward, resulting in pushing a tension bar 21 outward to the extrusion direction. Thus, a core 14B is moved to the extrusion direction, resulting in making the size of an annular outlet gap 18C smaller so as to obtain the thin wall producing state. Next, by screwing the bolt 25A out and the bolt 25B in, the driving wedge faces 28A and 28B are pushed upward, resulting in pulling the tension bar to the counter-extrusion direction, resulting in making the size of the annular outlet gap 18C larger so as to obtain the thick wall forming state. |
