PURPOSE:To prevent steam loss and also to prevent deterioration of heating efficiency resulting from stagnation of condensed water by joining a fluid heating chamber to a steam extracting means by a plurality of passages and providing the check valves which are closed in the upper part of the heating chamber and opened in the lower part thereof to these passages. CONSTITUTION:A check valve 6 is provided to the primary side of a heater and a steam bleeding means 7 is provided to the secondary side. Both the secondary side of the check valve 6 and the fluid heating chamber 4 of the heater are regulated to a prescribed evacuated state and a tank 1 is heated by steam reduced in pressure via the fluid heating chamber 4. The fluid heating chamber 4 is joined to the steam bleeding means 7 by a plurality of passages 3a, 3b and check valves 10a, 10b which are closed in the upper part of the fluid heating chamber 4 and opened in the lower part thereof are provided to these passages. As a result, steam loss can be prevented and also generated condensed water is quickly discharged from the fluid heating chamber and deterioration of heating efficiency can be prevented. |
