PURPOSE:To accurately make distance to a work the constant by recording oscillating frequency while separating after bringing a working head into contact with the work and controlling working head position based on this data. CONSTITUTION:The oscillating frequency (f) outputted from a distance sensor is detected while approaching the working head to the work and by reaching to the preset threshold value (f0), it is detected that the working head is brought into almost contact with the work to make this the reference position. The oscillating frequency (f1) is recorded while separating the working head from the work and the table data for the oscillating frequency (f1) to the shifting distance Z of the working head are taken, and based on the data, the distance Z between the working head and the work is controlled to the constant Z0. By automatically executing the sensor adjustment to change of the material quality and conditional change of nozzle exchange, etc., the distance from the working head to the work can be accurately controlled to the constant. |
