PURPOSE:To facilitate working by a method wherein a coil setting disc, on which a groove coinciding with the wire diameter of a coil reaching an annular groove, directing toward the center direction from the circumferential surface, is provided on a movable jig, a coil setting disc is detachably installed, a projecting member fittingly provided on a fixing jig, and a recessed groove is fittingly provided on the movable jig. CONSTITUTION:As a gap of the component of an annular groove 26 is generated between a movable jig 21 and a coil setting disc 31 when the movable jig 21 and the coil setting disc 31 are closely fixed, the coil end part 5a which is bent in L-shape is inserted into a groove 38, and other end of the coil is spirally wound on the groove 26 by hand by bending other end of 5b of the coil. After necessary winding has been conducted, the other end 5b of the coil is inserted into the groove 38, the coil is bent in L-shape.
