PURPOSE:To improve particularly high speed durability by disposing a plurality of blocks having different circumferential lengths according to a predetermined circumferential rule while disposing split facets of split metal mold in positions other than the longest block. CONSTITUTION:The tread T of a tire is formed with a plurality of blocks B1-B3 by a plurality of circumferential grooves 1 and a plurality of lateral grooves 2 crossing the grooves 1. The tire is vulcanized and molded by a split metal mold consisting of an assembly of a plurality of segments having a plurality of divided facets traversing the tread T. Then, the respective blocks B1-B3 have different circumferential lengths, i.e., pitch lengths P1-P3, while being disposed according to a predetermined circumferential rule. The split fact L0 of the split metal mold is disposed in the position other than the longest block B1 of respective blocks B1-B3, for example the position of the shortest block B3. |
