PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of poison gas at the time of combustion and to reduce an amount of smoke by providing a non-halogen fire-retardant polyolefin layer on a metal plate and further providing a polyester film layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:Since a non-halogen fire-retardant polyolefin layer is provided on a metal plate, harmful gas is not generated at all at the time of a fire and an amount of smoke can be extremely reduced. Further, by providing a polyester film layer on the non-halogen fire-retardant polyolefin layer, the surface of a material is hardly damaged and free coloration is made possible. The non- halogen fire-retardant polyolefin layer is constituted of a composition wherein metal hydrate and a fire-retardant aid are added to polyolefin. As polyolefin, low, medium and high density polyethylenes, polypropylene, an ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer or the like are designated. As metal hydrate, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, zinc borate, hydrotalcite and dawsonite are designated and, as the fire-retardant aid, red phosphorus and carbon black are designated. |
