PURPOSE:To utilize the capacity of a reactive power compensating device (SVC) to the maximum and to suppress the voltage regulation of a system by bringing the gain of a current amplifying circuit close to a rated voltage in the '0' direction, when the variation width of a system voltage exceeding some prescribed value is detected. CONSTITUTION:An output from a transformer 9 is inputted to a voltage detecting circuit 20, and a level detector 22 executes an output, when the output value of a voltage level converting circuit 21 is higher than a value from a voltage upper limit setting device 23. A detector 25 executes an output, when the output value of the circuit 21 is lower than the value of a voltage lower limit setting device 26. When one signal is formed, it becomes the gain switching signal of a slope reactance converting circuit 122 in a current amplifying circuit 12 through an OR 24, and inputted to an adder 15. On the other hand, in a voltage set value 10, the output of a reference voltage setting device 32 and the output of the voltage upper limit setting device 23 are inputted to a maximum value selecting circuit 30 through a switch SW3. Subsequently, the output of the circuit 30 and the output of the voltage lower limit setting device 26 pass through a switch SW4 and are inputted to a minimum value selecting circuit 31, inputted as voltage set values to a comparator 11, and a compared deviation to a system voltage is applied to the adder 15. |
