Said improvements consist in establishing, in the oven, two baking chambers 1 and 2 which are physically independent of one another but connected in parallel to a single heat generator, specifically at the entry 6, from which the thermal fluid has direct access to the chamber 1 via the conduit 4, whilst access to the chamber 2 is gained via a three-way valve 11 with proportional opening as a function of temperature, in such a manner that, functionally speaking, the chambers 1 and 2 are totally independent, being able to reach substantially different temperatures, and also one of them may be inoperative at certain times. <IMAGE>
