Magnetic conditioner for the treatment of liquids. The conditioner incorporates various magnetic fields which are wholly independent of each other, with a separate angle of action and a separate area for the passage of circulating liquids. The two extreme magnetic fields are obtained by individual groups of magnets 2 and air gaps 4-5, air gaps which give rise to a concentration of the field over a very narrow space 8, while the intermediate magnetic field is obtained using various groups of magnets 4 which do not interfere with each other, and a surrounding annular air gap 15. The components of these magnetic fields are separated coaxially by spacing caps 12, 13, 16 and 17, and the flow of liquid can be controlled by means of a rotatory plate 24. <IMAGE>
