PURPOSE: To make a closure clip continuously usable as a closure device possible to open and close repetitively by constituting coupled edge portions provided with a first and a second snap coupling members are integral to the rigid structure of each of the legs. CONSTITUTION: Although a safety tongue 9 must be removed to open a clip for the first time, it can manually be closed and later be opened again. This clip can be used as a closure even after once opened, and snap coupling members 10 and 10' are provided at end portions of legs 2 and 3 opposite to a hinge 4 for making it repetitively usable. A plug member 10 is formed on a leg 2 and a socket member 10' on the other leg 3. These plug member 10 and socket member 10' snap-engage with each other when the clip 1 is closed. Because snapping force required to open the clip is larger than tension at pleated edge portions, there is no danger that the clip opens of itself. |
