<p>PURPOSE:To enable accurate hydraulic control at a low cost by providing a means for setting an inclination of absorbing force relative to the stroke of the plunger of an electromagnet and a means for adjusting the position, in an axial direction, of the plunger. CONSTITUTION:The position of a push bar 38 is adjusted by threadedly engaging a screw member 38 with a through hole 98 at the cylindrical portion 99 of a lid member 97 and forcing the top end thereof to abut to the top end on the right side of the push bar 38. After completion of the adjustment of the position of the push bar 38, the screw member 100 is fixed to the cylinderical portion 99 by caulking the cylindrical portion 99. Thus, the inclination of absorbing force relative to the stroke of the plunger 84 of an electromagnet portion 3 is previously set and a mechanism for adjusting the position, in an axial direction, of the plunger 84 is arranged so that dispersion among electric/ hydraulic characteristics of products is absorbed readily. Consequently, the electric/absorbing force characteristics can be changed and the electric/hydraulic characteristics are confined within the allowable limits of the dispersion.</p> |
