PURPOSE:To enable prevention of a rise in temperature in a cooling area by a construction wherein a means for converting a signal into an AC signal, a means for converting the AC signal into a DC signal and a coupling element conducting an electromagnetic or electrostatic coupling are provided between a sensor and a signal conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A signal of a sensor 1 installed in a cooling area 2 is converted into an alternating current by a chopper 6 and then transmitted from a conductor 5 to a conductor 7 by a magnetic coupling element 9, and furthermore it is converted into a direct current by a detector 8 and then transmitted to a signal conditioner 3. Even when a heat is transmitted from the conditioner 3 side toward the sensor 1 side through the conductor 7 on the occasion, it is not transmitted to the sensor 1, since the conductor 7 is in non-contact with the conductor 5 at the element 9. According to this constitution, a rise in temperature in the cooling area 2 can be prevented. |
