PURPOSE:To obtain a resin compsn. which satisfies all characteristics necessary for mixing with a photosensitive material such as suitability for injection molding even if the resin is a thermoplastic resin by incorporating metal powder, at least one among fatty acids, fatty acid derivs. and surface active agents, an antioxidant and silica white, into a resin compsn. in a specified proportion. CONSTITUTION:Into 100pts.wt. metal powder, 0.05-70pts.wt. at least one among fatty acids, fatty acid derivs., and surface active agent, 0.01-20pts.wt. antioxidant, and 0.2-20pts.wt. silica white are incorporated. Preferred metal powder is copper powder, thin powder from the viewpoint of quality, price, etc., and preferred average particle size of the metal powder is 0.5-60mum. Representative (un)satd. fatty acid is caprylic acid, etc., and representative fatty acid deriv. is oleic amide, etc. Considering the affinity to the metal powder and silica white, preferred fatty acid and fatty acid deriv. is 8-25C satd. or unsatd. fatty acid, or derivs. thereof. Thus, a resin compsn. to be mixed with a photosensitive material and having improved suitability for injection molding and light shielding property is obtd. even if a thermoplastic resin such as polyester resin is used. |
