PURPOSE:To confirm setting of each parameter of logic circuit parts easily, quickly, and accurately by comparing parameters, to which system constitution data is converted as constants of individual logic circuit parts (parameter setting parts), with actually set parameters and displaying comparison results. CONSTITUTION:Setting circuit parts 41 to 4n of a system constitution parameter setting part 4 are constituted as logic circuits, and each parameter is set by turning-on/off of switch elements. Set parameter outputs 13 from parameter setting circuit parts 41 to 4n are inputted to a parameter comparing part 3 and are compared with branch parameter groups 12 outputted from a parameter branch part 2 in parallel in 1:1. Comparison data is outputted to a result display part 5 and is displayed. Thus, setting of system constitution parameters is confirmed easily, quickly, and accurately.
