PURPOSE:To easily manufacture an oxides superconducting wire rod by filling a metal tube with raw material for oxides superconductor which contains peroxide and making the raw material into fine line and treating it by heat. CONSTITUTION:A metal tube is fulled with a mixture prepared by mixing LuO2, CuO and BaO2 of peroxide as raw material constituting an oxide superconductor of LuBa2 Cu3O7-y, etc. This metal tube is drawn to make it into a fine line, and then, treat it by heat; thus, it is possible to easily prepare oxides superconducting wire rod inside the metal tube. |
