PURPOSE:To improve cutting capability and extend cutting tool life in such a way that the grasping force of collet chucks of a peeling machine to cut a cylinder-shaped material in the assigned diameter of its outer periphery or in tapered shape thereof, is freely adjusted by oil pressure. CONSTITUTION:A third collet chuck 55 is added to a second collet chuck 49 in a spindle head 10, a material is held at two points by which vibratory shaking of the material is entirely eliminated, therefore, cutting rate is enlarged and cutting capability can be improved remarkably. Grasping force is freely adjustable, and life of the cutting tool can be extended, because hydraulic pressurization is applied to the grasping force of the first collet chuck 22, the second collet chuck 49 of the spindle head 10 and the third collet chuck 55. |
