PURPOSE:To perform the access work without using a stacker crane, etc. by providing a transporting mover passing on an inclined guide rail beside a storage shelf device in a storage facility combined with the storage shelf device and an access transport device. CONSTITUTION:A storage shelf device 1 is constituted by stacking rotary shelves 2a-2d in multiple steps up and down, and the rotary shelves 2a-2d of each step are composed of a driving chain 6 suspended across a driving wheel 4 driven by a driving motor 3 and a free wheel 5 and many trays 7 connected to this chain 7 at a uniform distance and rotated through a horizontal circulation route. A transport device 8 is arranged to pass on one side of the storage device 1 and is composed of a guide rail 9 and a transporting mover 10, which is constituted with a self-propelled dolly 11, a free dolly 12, and a hanger 15. The guide rail 9 has an inclined portion 9a, and the hanger 15 can be made to correspond to the height of a cargo-receiving section of the rotary shelves 2a-2d of each step of the device 1 owing to the presence of this inclined guide rail portion 9a. |
