<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of editing operation by processing item names in a fixed form and character information inputted corresponding to the item names individually and putting them together. CONSTITUTION:When a format read is indicated from an input means 1, a discriminating means 6 discriminates it and the format is read out of a format storage means 4 by a switching read means 7 to a composing means 8; when a read of character information is indicated, character information is read out of a character information storage means 5 and transferred to the composing means 8. The composing means 8 expands the transferred format in an input area and shifts and expands the character information corresponding to the information on a spread sheet type in an area which corresponds to the information on the spread sheet type and excludes the information on the spread sheet type, and a division storage means 9 stores an edited format in a format storage means 4 and the character information on a character information storage means 5. Consequently, the information on the spread sheet type and the character information which is inputted corresponding to the information on the spread sheet type can be processed individually to edit the character information freely.</p> |
