<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a cracking by overlapping at least one part of a metal-made band plate in the thickness direction of a pipe wall and holding with a space in a non-contact condition an overlapping part of the band plate by an intermediate resin layer, consisting of synthetic resin or rubber material melted in the metal-made band plate, while integrally forming the overlapping part to be connected. CONSTITUTION:A belt-shaped member 10, melting a synthetic resin material to inner and outer total peripheral surfaces of a belt plate 6A opened facing to the upper, is successively helically wound separating a predetermined space, thereafter a belt-shaped member 11, melting a synthetic resin material similarly to the above described to a belt plate 6B opened facing to the lower, is arranged while being helically wound in a mounting state astride between the belt-shaped member 10. An inner surface side mold resin material 11c in both leg parts 11a, 11b of the belt-shaped member 11 and an outer surface mold resin material 10c in both leg parts 10b, 10a of the belt-shaped member 10 are melted each other and integrally formed. In this way, a pipe wall 1 overlaps in its both side wall parts 3, 4 in a thickness direction of the pipe wall 1 the band plates 6A, 6B double existing interposing an intermediate resin layer 13, obtaining a structure coating the inner and outer total peripheral surfaces with outer and inner side resin layers 12 and 14.</p> |
