PURPOSE:To form images of two colors by using one toner by using a coloring agent A which colors, discolors or decolors irreversibly when heated to a specific temp., a coloring agent B of the color tone different from the color tone of the coloring agent A when this agent develops a color, and a decoloring agent. CONSTITUTION:Electrostatic latent images are developed by using just one kind of the toner contg. the coloring agent A which colors, discolors or decolors irreversibly when heated to the specific temp., the coloring agent B which is not affected in the color at least at this specific temp. and has the color tone different from the color tone when the coloring agent A develops the color, the binder resin and the decoloring agent. The images are then fixed by heating to form the image of one color. Only the desired part of this image is heated to the specific temp. or above to color, discolor or decolor the coloring agent A by which only the desired part is changed to another color tone. The images of the two colors are formed by using the one toner in this way. |
