The apparatus diverts motion of reel gear in tape player. The apparatus includes middle gear arm (9) on rotating shaft (10) with gear pulley (11), free rotating two middle gears (12A,B) by gear pulley, winding gear (16) meshed with middle gear, center gear (19) meshed with the winding gear on rotating arm (18), a resistant body giving rotating resistace to rotating arm (18), and reel shaft gear (22) meshed with center gear (19).
