PURPOSE:To make a slight correction by adding a correction value smaller than the quantization threshold value of digitization and a random number whose mean value is equal to said correction value together when digital data obtained by the quantization is corrected. CONSTITUTION:Real data (analog) D0 and a disturbance noise N0 are added together by a virtual adder 7 to obtain analog data D, which is converted by an A/D converter 8 into digital data D. An adder 9 adds the disturbance noise N1 and a correction amount epsilon together to obtain corrected digital data D''. Denoting the standard deviation of the disturbance noise N0 as delta0 and the standard deviation of the noise disturbance N1 as delta1, an equation holds when delta1/delta0 = A<1, and the standard deviation delta is only 1.12 times as large the delta0 even when A=0.5. |
