PURPOSE:To manufacture a methacryl with a beautiful flatting surface by orientation molding a methacryl resin material constituted of specific continuous phases and specific dispersion phases. CONSTITUTION:A molded product contains a polymer A forming 80-99.9wt.% of continuous phases and a polymer B forming 0.1-20wt.% of dispersion phases. The polymer A is composed only of methacrylate methyl or a polymerizable unsaturated monomer mixture containing 80wt.% or more of methacrylate methyl, and the polymer B is composed of a polymerizable unsaturated monomer represented by Formula I (In the Formula, R1 represents hydraulic atom or methyl radical, and R2 represents hydraulic carbon radical having 2 or more of carbon atoms or its derivative.) or a polymerizable unsaturated monomer mixture containing 50wt.% or more of a polymerizable unsaturated monomer by Formula I. A methacryl composite having refractive index nA of said polymer A and refractive NB of polymer B to satisfy the relative Formula II if orientation molded at the heat deformation temperature or over. |
