PURPOSE:To improve light weight, high strength and the degree of freedom of width by laminatingly winding a carbon fiber prepreg around a flexible pipe and closing both ends, introducing a pressure air and expanding same in a molding tool, hardeningly molding same to form right/left handle bars and joining both. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg 11 formed by impregnating a carbon fiber with a thermoset resin is laminatingly wound around a flexible pipe 10, both ends are closed with rubber plugs 12, and an injection needle 17 for injecting pressure air is inserted through the rubber plug 12. The flexible pipe 10 around which the prepreg is wound is set between drop-handle molding top and bottom forces and pressure air is injected through the injection needle 17 to expand the prepreg 11 and bring same into pressure contact with the inside of the forces. Then, by extracting the injection needle 17, the pipe 10 holding the pressure air inside is hardened by heat to form right and left handle bars, which are joined by inner and outer cylinders. By this structure, light weight and high strength can be effected. |
