PURPOSE:To obtain the titled substrate useful for audio discs, etc. without smearing it with a releasing agent, by molding a resin by heating under pressure using a molder wherein a stamper is mounted that is coated with a heat resistant releasing agent comprising a perfluoroalkyl polyether. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a stamper is coated by means of spraying or the like with a dilute liquid of a fluoric releasing agent comprising a perfluoroalkyl polyether having for example the formula shown wherein n is 11-44, and the stamper is mounted to a compression molding machine or an injection molding machine. Using this molding machine, an organic resin is molded by heating it under pressure to obtain a plastic substrate for a memory light disc for computers, an audio disc or a video disc. The concentration of the dilute liquid of the fluoric releasing agent is in the range of 0.01-5.0% and preferably 0.1- 2.0%. |
